Health and Safety Protocols
(i) Promoter and venue management shall implement and comply with health and safety protocols related to the use and occupancy of each venue, the operation of the applicable Tour Event(s) and/or any applicable standards related to COVID-19 or other public health emergency (collectively, “Operational Protocols”). Operational Protocols shall be based on requirements imposed by government and/or public authorities, guidelines generally endorsed by the professional medical community, and industry standards. Operational Protocols may include, without limitation, staggered arrival and departure times, temperature checks, vaccination requirements pre-sanitization requirements, physical distancing, masks/face coverings and requiring persons developing or exhibiting symptoms to leave the venue.

(ii) Event attendees specifically acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. BY ATTENDING YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 FROM THE TOUR EVENT(S) AND VENUE(S) AND HEREBY RELEASE PROMOTER AND THE VENUE(S) AND THEIR AFFILIATED ENTITIES FROM LIABILITY IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.
