Q- What is the difference between a group event and a seminar?
A-  A group event is a smaller number of people (usually under 500). The event consists of a short introduction, question and answer sessions and messages from friends and family on the other side. A seminar is a larger event (usually over 1000 people). The event is part lecture, part question and answer sessions and messages from friends and family on the other side.

Q- How to I obtain tickets to attend a taping of John Edward Cross Country?
A- We are finished taping John Edward Cross Country for 2008. Once we get begin the process of getting back in the studio to film the show we will let you know how you can win your way into the studio audience.
 

Q- Will the event I am attending be filmed for television?
A- Most of our events are not filmed for television. There is a small chance that the event you are coming to can be filmed and if it is, you will be notified while in line before entering the venue.

Q- Can I bring a child to one of the John Edward events?
A- Anyone attending a John Edward event must have a paid admission. While we do not set an age limit for our events, if you do bring someone under the age of 18 to an event you will have to sign a release form. This release form is stating you are aware of the subject matter of the event and you are accepting responsibility for the child to attend.

Q- How do I purchase tickets to a John Edward event?
A- The best way to purchase tickets to a John Edward event is to click on the "live events" tab on top of this page and follow that link to his tour schedule. Next to each event will be a link to buy tickets. By clicking this link you will be taken directly to the official ticketing agent for the show. If you do an Internet search for tickets you may pay higher prices or buy tickets from private ticket brokers that are not authorized for ticket sales. By doing this you will be paying a higher price for your ticket and you run the risk of not being admitted into the event as we do not honor re-sold tickets.

Q- I purchased tickets to a John Edward event and never got them in the mail. What do I do?
A- First thing is to check your credit card statement and make sure you were charged for the tickets. The next thing to do is call the ticketing company you purchased them from and obtain your order number. Come to the event as planned and make sure you have photo id (for the person who purchased the tickets) as well as your order number so we can verify the ticket purchase. Once the order is verified at the door you will be admitted into the event.

Q- When does "John Edward Cross Country" air and which channel is it on?
A- "John Edward Cross Country is on the WE tv network. Please go to www.wetv.com to find out what time and which channel the show is on in your local market.

Q- How do I get a private reading with John Edward?
A- John has a private reading waiting list that he is loyal to. Right now the list is very long and no new names are being added to it. When the list is close to being opened we will post that information here on his site under the
"private readings"  tab.

Q- I sent an e-mail through the links provided, when can I expect a response?
A- We make every effort to answers all e-mails as quickly as possible. That being said we do get a lot of e-mail so it
takes us a little longer then average to answer the e-mails. Generally you should receive a response in a week or less.
Please remember John Edward does not get these e-mails directly and if you send an e-mail with specific questions for
